Half Peking duck is served in two courses. Firstly, the crispy skin is served with pancakes. Secondly, the
meat, sautéed with bamboo shoots and black mushrooms is served over crunchy rice vermicelli with large lettuce
leaves and hoi sin sauce. Alternatively, you can order the shredded duck meat sautéed with fresh mixed
vegetables.
Being situated on the West Coast, we are fortunate to have access to an array of fresh seafood. Don Mee is
proud to offer live seafood such as lobster and crab that will be taken right from our live seafood tank and
shown to you for approval before we cook and serve it to you. We can prepare lobster and crab in a variety of
ways. The most popular choices are steamed with ginger and onion, pan-fried with black bean and garlic sauce,
stir-fried with vermicelli in hot pot, or even deep-fried with hot chili peppers!
